CCHK Inauguration
CCHK launch was held in HKICC Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity on Oct 25. CC Founder Prof. Lawrence Lessig and CC CEO Joichi Ito opened the ceremony. Their keynotes were followed by an open courseware presentation and a panel discussion about “How Hong Kong can improve education and promote creativity through Creative Commons.”
The launch ceremony preceded by a performance by the Hong Kong band Snoblind, who have issued a number of their works under a Creative Commons license. After the launch, parallel sessions showcased workshops and performances from different creative sectors, including the reading of a play, a bloggers’ workshop, a music workshop and two documentary workshops. Hong Kong singer and actress Ms. Ella Koon even made an appearance to talk about how she supports CC licensing by publishing her promotional photos and computer wallpaper under CC licenses.

| 〈香港共享創意〉於 08 年 10 月 25 日舉行成立典禮，並邀請到〈共享創意〉創辦人 Lawrence Lessig 教授和總幹事伊藤穰一蒞臨主禮。當日的活動包括開放式課程的簡報和嘉賓座談會，討論香港可如何利用〈共享創意〉改善教育資源和推動創意。
其他文娛表演活動還有已經以〈共享創意〉條款發表唱片集的 Snoblind 二人組現場演奏、朗讀使用〈共享創意〉條款的新劇本、博客工作坊、作曲家講座、以及兩場錄像記錄片工作坊。歌星官恩娜亦現身支持活動，分享她如何支持〈香港共享創意〉。
