| Content + program is one of the major campaigns initiated by HKDCA. The objective of this Programme is to educate the internet users on the proper use of digital content. A platform will be created to allow users to use licensed content on their blog pages. The content industry, represented by HKDCA members, will provide support on a central library of licensed content, including songs, animated figures and photos. The campaign will allow bloggers to use this licensed content, such as background music and animated icons, on their blog pages. The Content+ campaign will further expand the reach of Internet users by partnering with major blog site operators in Hong Kong. |
