We have been promoting a ¡§DRM enabled environment¡¨ in Hong Kong through offering rewards to innovative use of DRM technologies and organizing public awareness workshops and seminars, etc. in order to encourage development of more legal digital content distribution services and to cultivate the content users¡¦ habit of downloading legal digital content. The project is funded by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) whilst development of the project is led by iResource Center under HK Cyberport Management Company Limited.
